TECHNOLOGIES AND SERVICES
- We perform mechanical machining of cutting and milling with 5 axes CNC stations for precision plant components on different plastics and technopolymers.
- We also have laser workstations, ovens and presses for moulding and thermoforming plastic materials, grinding and polishing workstations, traditional and UV gluing workstations, hot bending machines and press brakes for the cold bending of polycarbonate and other plastic materials.
- The machining of plastics and technopolymers – from the slab, to the semi-finished part – are executed according to the technical specifications of the customer, guaranteeing quality and reliability of timing thanks to experience and technologies that enable process optimization.
