All our materials comply with the following requirements for CONTACT WITH FOOD:
1. USA FDA regulation CFR 21177.1010 (Acrylic and modified acrylic plastic, semi-rigid and rigid)
2. EU directive 90/128 EEC up to Amendment 1999/91
3. German recommendation XXII Of BgVV.



PC | POLYCARBONATE

Technopolymer that stands out for excellent mechanical resistance characteristics (unbreakable with impact resistance valued at 250 times greater than that of glass), transparency and lightness.

Types of PC:

Alveolar polycarbonate (particularly suitable for external use)
Compact Polycarbonate

Applications:

  • Industrial sector > to carry out accident prevention protections
  • Automotive > for helmets, for headlight covers, for canopies and porthole
  • Electrical sector > Production of electrical panels for industrial automation
  • Building > In place of glass, such as thick slab or alveolar slab
  • Lighting > for ceiling lights and diffusers

PE |POLYETHYLENE | POLIZENE

Thermoplastic resin which, thanks to its good creep resistance (viscous flow), good impact resistance and extraordinary dimensional stability, is suitable for the realization of complex mechanical parts requiring accuracy Dimensional and quality of the surfaces.

The material has a high resistance to acids but resistance limited to the bases, so be careful for example in case of boiling water or steam. Suitable for food use.

  • Electronics industry: Enclosures, covers, switches, insulating components and coil bodies
  • Medical industry: Functional elements in drug dosing systems
  • Mechanical Engineering: gears and sliding elements
